Terms and Conditions
1. Rates are always quoted in EURO and can differ on the number of persons and number of nights.
2. The farmhouse can hold a maximum of 10 persons but extra beds can be arranged at an extra cost.
3. Deposits: 35% of the whole payment needs to be settled upon booking. Also, a deposit for any damages or extra persons needs to be settled on arrival. This will then be either subtracted from the total payment or given back.
4. Pool Maintenance: The pool is kept clean at all times. The pool man usually comes to do the necessary maintenance during stays of at least 7 days.
5. We are not responsible for any kind of injuries that occur during your stay at our farmhouse.
6. Damage to property or contents have to be paid for.
7. Please note that visitors during your stay are not accepted at the farmhouse.
8. Please note that pets are not allowed at the farmhouse.
9. Cancellations: Deposit will be lost on late cancellations.
10. Bed Sheets and towels are provided by the farmhouse owner.
